Design and execution of the Artist and Super VIP catering and lounges, dressing rooms and headliner compounds, cabanas, decks and don’t forget the pool! Florals, pallet walls, art and games on the beach!

Rain, shine (and it did both) or wind- we delivered again. Great teamwork as always.

A wonderful, last minute trip to help with SXMusic Festival in beautiful St. Martin! The design aesthetic used things found on the island- it was lovely to get back to nature and be creative!

I was lucky to meet and work with wonderful people and hope to be back next year!

Pemberton Music Festival Artist’s Lounge and Dressing Rooms

The Artist’s Lounge was for artist’s and industry to chill with a cocktail, play some giant Jenga or grab a bite to eat.

Brightly colored furniture, string lights and hand painted frames around animal heads on the trees gave the spaces a whimsical feeling.

All artists except the main headliners had yurt dressing rooms. We hand painted wooden paddles, wove baskets with ribbon and made each yurt as comfortable as we could with multiple seating areas, a privacy screen, colorful pillows, whimsical decor, a turntable and “suitcase” speaker. Very homey and most were used pre and post set!

The VIP Art/Decor Department left it’s mark all over the festival in big and small ways!
We choose the art installations, placed the landscaping, built the beer garden fences, planted the Jeep, provided the shade, painted the tee-pee poles, wrapped the poles with ribbon, made dream catchers and sourced sculptures! Basically, if it was beautiful and someone enjoyed it, we were probably involved!
Enjoy a few pictures of things that helped define the look and feel of Pemberton this year!

Pemberton Music Festival Headliner Compound -Pemberton, BC, CANADA

What once was a muddy area under some trees got transformed into a retreat for the headliners and their friends! Sod, a Japanese maple, local rocks and plants made this very private space inviting and a great place to relax pre or post show. The  “buddha frog” helped keep things fun in the flowers and the log walking “stones” led the way to each door.

Trailers are notoriously hard to decorate, but we added some fun features that worked with the wood paneling instead of against it and made each of the 8 rooms as comfortable as we could. We got great feedback that we went above and beyond what most do on the festival circuit.

Pemberton Music Festival Cabanas and Super VIP Decks, Pemberton, BC, CANADA

The “Super” Cabanas were the very best place to see the show. Spacious and comfortable, they provided a great place to party. Custom branch walls were built  to hang decor and have each cabana feel like a unique space.

Flanking the Cabanas were two decks- one facing Pemberton stage that felt a little more modern and sleek and one facing the Mt. Currie stage with futons and rustic log tables. Both featured plenty of bars and great views. A fantastic way to see the show and still have a home base for your favorite artists!
